📚 Publication Ethics

Submission of an article to the journal implies that:

The work described has not been published previously, except in the form of an abstract, a published lecture, or part of an academic thesis.
It is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Its submission and publication in the journal is known and approved by all authors.
The work is the authors’ own, with no falsification, fabrication of data, or plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the authors’ own work without proper citation.
Any cases of ethical misconduct are treated seriously and handled according to the journal’s publication ethics guidelines, which follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) principles and the International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research -MIYR’s own ethical standards.

Upon acceptance, authors retain the copyright of their work.
Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), permitting unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
By submitting to the journal, the author(s) grant a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and store the article in all forms and media, including digital and print.
If excerpts from other copyrighted works are included, the author(s) must obtain written permission from the original copyright holders and clearly acknowledge the sources.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their submissions and for proper attribution of any referenced material.
All manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using software such as Turnitin or iThenticate. The final decision on potential plagiarism rests with the Editorial Board, taking into account disciplinary and linguistic contexts. The use of AI tools must be disclosed. AI may be used for language polishing, data analysis, or formatting, but not for generating original research content or conclusions without explicit author verification and acknowledgement. The journal is fully open access: all articles are freely available to read, download, and share.
Authors and journals must be properly credited, and articles licensed for reuse with attribution under the CC BY 4.0 license.

The journal uses a double-blind peer review process: both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least one and up to three reviewers, as assigned by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the Editorial Board.
While review timelines depend on academic commitments, the journal aims to provide timely and constructive feedback.

Research involving human participants must comply with the ethical standards of institutional and national research committees, the International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research-MIYR’s ethical guidelines, and, where applicable, the Helsinki Declaration.
Authors must provide documented evidence of approval from a recognized ethics committee or institutional review board when required.
Research involving vulnerable populations, minors, or sensitive personal data must include additional safeguards and obtain appropriate approvals to ensure the protection of participants’ rights, privacy, and welfare. Informed consent must be obtained from all participants, unless waived by an ethics committee.
Studies involving identifiable individuals must protect privacy and confidentiality. Identifying information should be anonymized unless explicit written consent for disclosure is obtained.

For research published in the International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research-MIYR that involves experimental interventions, field experiments, or trials with human participants, registration in a publicly accessible research database is encouraged before data collection begins.

If applicable, the registration number or reference should be clearly stated in the manuscript to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Articles may be retracted in cases of plagiarism, fabrication, redundant publication, undisclosed AI-generated content, or serious errors that undermine the conclusions.
Retraction decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the Editorial Board Chair. Authors may also request retraction if significant flaws are found post-publication.
Retraction notices will retain the article DOI and clearly state the title, authors, reasons, and responsible party.
Minor corrections (errata) will be issued for typographical errors or author affiliation changes, with a link to the original article.
