Dr. Purevdulam Altantsetseg is an associate professor at CITI University, Business Administration Department. She completed her PhD in Business Administration from Asia University in 2017 and her Master of Law from Mongolian National University in 2008. The research area is organizational behavior, HRM, Entrepreneurship, legal studies, human rights, and sustainable development. In recent years, she’s been actively involved in reviewing research for international journals. At present, she’s a member of editorial board, and has also been invited to share her expertise as a visiting professor. Additionally, she’s a committee member for PhD defence and served as a judge for national academic competitions.
