The mission of MIYR Press is to advance the dissemination of high-quality scholarly research through transparent, ethical, and inclusive academic publishing.
MIYR Press is committed to:
- Promoting open access publishing in order to support free, immediate, and global access to scholarly knowledge
- Supporting journals in the implementation of rigorous peer review policies, including internationally recognized review models such as double-blind peer review
- Providing a reliable and sustainable publishing platform for researchers, with particular attention to early-career and emerging scholars
- Upholding editorial transparency, publication ethics, and long-term digital preservation through clearly defined publishing policies and technical infrastructure

Our vision is to:
- Establish sustainable, high-standard multi-journal publishing across the social sciences, humanities, and agriculture-related applied disciplines
- Enhance the global visibility, discoverability, and impact of published research by aligning publishing practices with international metadata and indexing standards
- Support interdisciplinary and regionally grounded research, including scholarship originating from Mongolia and Asia, while actively engaging the broader global academic community
- Continuously improve editorial quality, publishing technologies, and ethical standards in accordance with internationally recognized best practices in scholarly publishing
