Dr. Gerelmaa Battumur

Dr. Gerelmaa Battumur earned her Ph.D. from Gyeongsang National University, Republic of Korea, in 2022. Her doctoral research focused on the enhancement of electronic service quality, with an interdisciplinary approach to information systems, service design, and user experience.

Her research interests include digital service quality assessment, ICT for development, digital government, user-centered design, and innovation policy. She has published research articles in Scopus-indexed journals and received an Outstanding Researcher Award for her academic contributions.

She currently works at the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of Mongolia, where she is involved in projects related to digital innovation, e-government, and ICT development. She serves as an Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research – MIYR.
