MIYR Press adheres to internationally recognized publishing standards and provides policy frameworks and technical support to ensure the quality, integrity, transparency, and sustainability of scholarly communication across its publishing platform.
1. Peer Review Principles
Journals published with the support of MIYR Press are expected to maintain rigorous peer review policies in accordance with internationally accepted scholarly standards.
Each journal defines and publicly discloses its peer review procedures on its official website.
Manuscripts are evaluated by independent reviewers selected by the respective journal editorial boards based on academic merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
2. Editorial Independence
Each journal affiliated with MIYR Press maintains full editorial independence.
Editorial decisions are made solely by the journal’s editorial board on the basis of scholarly merit and are free from commercial, institutional, or political influence.
3. Open Access Policy
MIYR Press supports journals that operate under a full open access publishing model.
Specific open access policies, licensing terms, and access conditions are determined and clearly stated at the individual journal level.
4. Article Processing Charges (APCs)
Some journals published with the support of MIYR Press may charge article processing charges (APCs) to cover editorial management, peer review administration, production, online hosting, DOI registration, and long-term digital preservation.
All APC-related information, including applicable fees and waiver policies, is transparently disclosed on each journal’s official website prior to manuscript submission.
5. Publication Ethics and Malpractice
MIYR Press promotes adherence to established publication ethics standards and requires journals to maintain clear policies addressing:

- Authorship and contributor responsibilities

Journals supported by MIYR Press assign Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to published articles to ensure persistent identification, citation, and discoverability.
8. Publication Frequency and Continuity
Each journal publishes according to a clearly defined publication schedule, which is publicly stated on the journal’s website.
MIYR Press supports long-term journal continuity by providing stable publishing infrastructure and technical services.
9. Archiving and Preservation
MIYR Press maintains centralized technical infrastructure to support long-term digital preservation of scholarly content.

10. Online and Print Publication
