Ahmad Jamal
Ahmad Jamal is a B.Sc. (Hons.) Poultry Science student at Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan, Pakistan. His research interests encompass meat science, poultry science, alternative protein technologies, plant-based meat alternatives, and agricultural innovation. Active in the academic publishing community, he possesses extensive hands-on experience in manuscript management, peer-review workflows, and editorial operations utilizing Open Journal Systems (OJS). He serves as the Managing Editor of the International Journal of Agriculture, Food and Innovation – MIYR (IJAFI-MIYR) and Managing Editor of the American Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Computing (AJAC).
