Dr. Gerelmaa Battumur earned her Ph.D. in 2022 from Gyeongsang National University in South Korea, specializing in the enhancement of electronic service quality. Her doctoral research focused on the evaluation and improvement of user satisfaction and service efficiency in digital platforms, reflecting a strong interdisciplinary approach that combines information systems, service design, and user experience. During her Ph.D. studies, she published several research papers in reputable Scopus-indexed journals and was honored with an Outstanding Researcher Award for her academic contributions. In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Gerelmaa has applied her expertise in the public sector. She currently holds a key position at the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of Mongolia, where she is actively involved in national projects related to digital innovation, e-governance, and the advancement of ICT infrastructure. Her work supports the strategic development of Mongolia’s digital transformation agenda, bridging research and policy implementation. Her research interests include digital service quality assessment, ICT for development, digital government, user-centered design, and innovation policy.
