Dr. Otgonbayar Tsedenbal earned her PhD in Business Administration from Kangwon National University (South Korea) in 2024, with her doctoral research focusing on Tourism Management, particularly in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector. She joined the Misheel Institute for Young Researchers in 2021 as a member and, since 2023, has been serving as a mentor, guiding young researchers and publishing scholarly articles in the International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research (MIYR). Since 2024, Dr. Otgonbayar has been working as a Manager (과장) in the Overseas Business Department at Shinseong BioPharm Co., Ltd. (South Korea), actively contributing to international trade and market development.
