
Dr. Zorigtbaatar Tserenkhand holds a Ph.D in Agrigultural Sciences from Inner Mongolian Agricultural University (China) and is currently a senior lecturer in the Department of Product research and control & assessment at the Mongolian University of Life Sciences (MULS). During her working period she has owned the methodologies to identify pathogenic bacteria from food and meat, research methodology of meat and dairy product quality and safety, biochemical research and food hygiene and identify pathogens that cause serious illness through animal products and to introduce good practices in the food industry. Dr. Zorigtbaatar Tserenkhand has published several papers in academic journals in the field of food safety and quality.
