
Urandelger Gantulga is an associate professor at the Business School of the National University of Mongolia, specializing in service marketing, consumer behavior, e-commerce, B2B marketing, and corporate social responsibility. She earned her master’s and Ph.D. degrees from Jeonbuk National University in South Korea in 2013 and 2017, respectively. Dr. Urandelger has published more than ten research articles in journals indexed by Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus, contributing to the advancement of marketing and consumer behavior studies in Mongolia. Her research explores how cultural, technological, and environmental factors influence purchasing decisions and organizational marketing strategies. In addition to her academic work, she serves as an editorial board member for several reputable international journals.
