Dr. Uyanga Enkhbaatar

Dr. Uyanga Enkhbaatar earned her Ph.D. in Venture Entrepreneurship from the Graduate School of Soongsil University, Republic of Korea, in 2024. She is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Management at the School of Management, Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST).

Her research interests include business administration, small business management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. She is actively involved in teaching and research related to entrepreneurial education and innovation in Mongolia.

She serves as an Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research – MIYR.
