Dr. Uyanga Enkhbaatar earned her PhD in Venture Entrepreneurship from the Graduate School of Soongsil University, South Korea, in 2024. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Management at the School of Management, Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST). Her primary research interests include business administration, small business management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. She is actively involved in teaching, research, and initiatives that promote entrepreneurial education and innovation in Mongolia.
